Exquisite pumpkin with chicken and spinach saucer
A delicious combination of flavors that give five stars to this exquisite pumpkin with chicken and spinach saucer meal.
The pumpkin is not only for preparing desserts, come and prepare with me this tasty recipe.
Portion for 2 (two) people
400 grams of pumpkin
1 Bunch of spinach
400 grams of chicken
1/2 cup coconut oil or vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1 Chile serrano
1 Tablespoon sea salt
1 Cup of Chicken Consommé
1/3 Tablespoon of pepper
In a frying pan heat the coconut oil, fry the chicken that previously cut into medium-sized squares and add a little of salt. For this recipe I am using the chicken breast.
The pumpkin I cut into squares with the same size as the chicken, the tomato, onion, garlic and the chili are cut into small squares and the spinach is cut into thin strips.
When the chicken is fried we add the garlic, onion and serrano chili until they are browned.
Add the pepper and then the pumpkin squares and left it to be cook for three minutes and add the spinach, mmm this exquisite pumpkin with chicken and spinach saucer is starting to have a better smell. Immediately after we added the spinach we also add tomato and a cup of chicken consommé mix it, cover the pan and let it cook for another three minutes.
The pumpkin squares are cooked very fast and it releases a little of its beautiful orange color leaving a very good presentation, with home flavor that we like so much to enjoy, especially in this season where the houses start to look more beautiful with decorations made with the wonderful pumpkins.
