FISH OF VERACRUZ RECIPE

1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Preparation of the Fish of Veracruz recipe:
The fish is put in a bowl to marinate with salt, pepper, garlic, cut into small pieces and the juice of the orange. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator while we cook the other ingredients.
The fish I present in this recipe is marlin, but you can prepare it with the fish of your preference, the original recipe is cooked with huachinango.
The onion is cut into half-moons, we remove the seeds and veins of Yellow Chile cut it into strips, also remove the seeds and veins of the red peppers and also cut into strips.

Garlic is cut into small pieces.

In a frying pan medium heat, add the olive oil and add the marinated fish.

When it is sealed it is removed from the pan and in the same oil the onion is put with the garlic until they are light golden color, then add the chilies, when the chilies are soft, the tomato is incorporated.
