Green omelette spinach with broccoli
1/2 cup of spinach
1 cup of broccoli
2 butter spoons
2 slices of manchego cheese
1 garlic clove
1 slice of onion
1/4 cup of milk
1 pinch of salt
Cut the broccoli very thin only the flower, the stem is separated, the onion and the garlic are cut into small squares.
