Exquisite Fish Stuffed with Mustard 

Recipe for 2 People


Ingredients
:

2 Fish Fillets, of your choice

1 Carrot

1/2 Cup of Spinach

1/2 Onion

2 Large Mushrooms

1 lemon

2 slice of cheese of your choice

1/2 tablespoon of chopped garlic

50 grams of butter

1 large spoonful of mustard

Pepper

Salt up to you

Chopsticks

 

Preparation of Mustard fish stuffed Mexican recipe:

Spread the fillets with lemon juice, add pepper and salt. Marinate in this mixture meanwhile proceeding to the elaboration of the other ingredients.

The carrot is peeled off and scratched on a grater.

The onion is cut into small squares.

The mushrooms are peeled and cut into thin slices.

The parsley is cut very finely and mixed with mustard, garlic, melted butter and salt

In a frying pan place a little butter, add split onion and the striped carrot, and fry a little. When they become to light golden color, add the spinach, the mushrooms and cover it letting them cook for five minutes. Then remove from the stove.
