OMELETTE WITH MUSHROOMS
Eggs for a tasty breakfast?
This omelette is an excellent and tasty way to nourish our family
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup of cow cream
2 slices of manchego cheese
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 slice of ham
To clean the mushrooms we remove the skin and the center, then those are cut into small squares.
The clove of garlic is cut into thin slices.
On the stove is placed a pan on low heat, there it melts a spoonful of butter.
Add the garlic until it is light brown color, when the mushrooms are incorporated, add a pinch of salt, stir until they are integrated.
Cover the pan and cook for five minutes.
The ham is cut into strips and fried in the pan, with these strips will decorate the omelette with mushrooms.
In the blender put half the cooked mushrooms, the cream and the parmesan cheese then it is liquefied until a cream is obtained.
In a bowl beat the eggs with a little salt.
In a frying pan on low heat melt a tablespoon of butter and add the egg mixture.
Let it cook for two minutes and turn the tortilla egg carefully.
Add a slice of manchego cheese, the rest of the mushrooms and put another slice of cheese.
Fold the tortilla into a taco.
Let the omelette with mushrooms to cook for two minutes turning it without browning.
The omelette is bathed with cream of mushrooms, decorated with strips of ham or if you prefer you can use bacon.
It is accompanied with tomato, onion and lettuce or with some fried beans.
In a short time this delicious omelette with mushrooms is ready.
