Pumpkin Souffle with Tuna
This Pumpkin souffle with tuna is an excellent food choice for Halloween celebrations, prepared with the traditional pumpkin this season.
For the Recipe these are the ingredients:
1/2 kg of pumpkin
1 can of tuna
150 grams of cream cheese
300 grams of manchego cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1/3 tablespoon of Nutmeg
1/2 Tablespoon of Pepper
1 tablespoon of salt
Preparation of Pumpkin souffle with tuna:
Manchego cheese is passed through a scraper, you can cook with the cheese of your preference, but it should be a cheese that melts very well.
The pumpkin pieces are cut into little thick slices; with them we will make layers of pumpkin and tuna soufflé.
In the blender, we blend the cream along with the evaporated milk, cream cheese, nutmeg and salt.
The mold, in which the squash and tuna soufflé is to be baked, is lightly oiled with coconut oil or butter.
In the greased cooking mold, the slices of pumpkin are placed forming the first layer. Add a little salt and pepper.
The pumpkin layer is covered one layer with half of the tuna.
A quarter of the blender mixture is incorporated.
Add a layer of Manchego cheese and repeat the procedure various times to finish with a layer of pumpkin slices, salt, pepper, the rest of the liquefied mixture and the Manchego cheese.
Put it in the oven and let it bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
The pumpkin souffle with tuna is decorated to your liking, this time we decorate it with raw pumpkin flowers that we cut with a cookie sheet.
This delicious soufflé with tuna food can be served cold or hot. It is also excellent to accompany fish or pasta.
