Procedure to make this gelatin with cinnamon and pumpkin dessert:
The pieces of pumpkin without the shell are cooked in water, or in the microwave, in a plastic bag for 8 (eight) minutes.
In a pot, with a cup of water, the cinnamon is boiled, when it releases its essence it is left to cool, once it is cold, the contents of the gelatin packets are added to hydrate, while the other ingredients are prepared.
The cooked pumpkin is liquefied together with the evaporated milk, three quarters of condensed milk and vanilla.
The whole milk is put to heat and in it the hydrated gelatin is dissolved, it mixes very well until it has no lumps of gelatin.
When it is dissolved slowly add what we liquefy, stirring constantly so that no lumps are formed.
The mold that we are going to use, so that it is set, we greased it with a little butter, this is for when it is already curdled we can easily peel it off. You can start to check that the flavors of this gelatin with cinnamon and pumpkin dessert will be great.
It is put into the refrigerator and when it is curdled it is removed from the mold and the third of the condensed milk that we reserve is placed, ground cinnamon is spread and decorated with walnuts and almonds.
