STUFFED PORTOBELLOS
Recipe for two people
Ingredients
4 Portobellos
6 shrimp
4 slices of manchego cheese
1 tomato
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch of basil
1 cup spinach
4 slices of bacon
1/2 cup chopped walnut
250 grams of butter
4 pinches of pepper
1 cup tomato paste Nail
2 tablespoons English sauce
Preparation of Stuffed Portobellos with good flavor
We wash the Portobellos, we remove the center and the shell. Cook the shrimp and cut them in half. Fry the bacon, cut it into small pieces. In a bag we bite the walnut.
Cut the spinach and basil into thin strips, we scratch the garlic.
Fill the portobello with a little butter, a spoonful of tomato paste, spinach, onion, manchego cheese, shrimp, walnut, bacon, plus cheese and tomato slices. The Stuffed Portobellos with good flavor are ready to cook.
In a frying pan fry the garlic and basil in butter, add the rest of the tomato paste.
Stir and put the portobellos, cover and let cook for 3 minutes.
Add a few drops of English sauce and let cook for 5 minutes.
Put in a bowl the sauce that remains in the pan.
