Tuna Wrapped with Bacon

2 fresh tuna medallions
200 grams of bacon
2 large carrots
1 Wide Chili
1 Branch of fresh rosemary
10 fresh basil leaves
1 large garlic clove
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon of salt 1/4 of spoonful of pepper
Preparation of tuna wrapped with bacon:
The basil leaves and the fresh rosemary are cut finely.
In a bowl we will combine the leaves of rosemary, basil, chopped garlic, pepper and salt.
Incorporate the tuna fillets in this sauce preparation, bathe them until they are completely covered, cover the bowl or put in a bag in the refrigerator and let them marinate while we prepare the other ingredients.
Remove the shell from carrots and cut into long slices, this is in order to give a better presentation to the dish.
Remove the seeds of wide chili and cut it into strips, it is better to use a pair of scissors for cutting.
The onion is cut into thin half-moons.
Remove the plantain shell and thick slices are cut.
Wrap the tuna with Bacon, placing the slices of bacon together and then on them we put the tuna filet that will be covered with them and are fastened with chopsticks.
In a frying pan on medium heat put the olive oil, then the tuna wrapped with bacon is incorporated and it is left to gild and turn it consistently so that it is evenly dore on all sides.

Fillets are removed from the pan and in the same oil of fillet cooking the onion is incorporated, when it becomes transparent the carrots are added along with the strips of wide chili and the salt, and then let it to fry for three minutes.
Fry the banana slices; turn them until they are fried on both sides.
Add a little of water, cover the pan and let it cook for five minutes.
