VEGETARIAN JAMAICA TACOS
JAMAICA TACOS

Recipe
Ingredients:
250 Grams of Jamaica
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
1 onion
1 tomato
1 Bunch of Cilantro
2 Garlic cloves
4 Tree Chilies
1 Kg of Tortillas
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of Pepper
Preparation:
The Jamaica flower is put in a pot with water to be cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
You will can see that there are not so many steps for preparing these vegetarian tacos.
When it is cooked pass it through a strainer and it is cooked in another pot with water. It goes back through the strainer and boils until it releases the color.
The concentrate that was obtained when boiling the Jamaican is saved in the refrigerator, and then we can prepare refreshing drinks to accompany the vegetarian Jamaica tacos.
The tomato is cut into small squares; the coriander leaves are finely chopped. Remove the seeds of chilies, garlic is cut into small pieces, the onion is sliced into julienne. These vegetarian Jamaica tacos start to have a good smell while preparing.
In a frying pan put the coconut oil and add the tree chilies, when they are a little brown its incorporated the onion and garlic until are light golden color you can see that those are a little transparent.
Add the Jamaica cooked, salt and pepper, mix and let it cook for five minutes.
Make a space in the frying pan to fry the tomatoes, add the cilantro and mix again, leave three minutes cooking in order to integrate the flavors perfectly.
The vegetarian Jamaica tacos are served on hot corn tortillas, and finally these tacos are accompanied with the sauce of your preference, beans, avocado, onion and cilantro.
